Assemble Instruction
Step 1: Unfold your awesome new kite. You'll find 8 rods inside.
Step 2: Attach the spine rods.At the end of the longer rod you have a silver tube and the opposite end has arubber cap.
The shorter rod also has a rubber cap at one end.Attach the longer rod and the shorter to create the spine of your kite.
Step 3: Be sure to insert the longer rod through the center extra reinforcement to keep it safe and stable.
Step 4: Flip kite over and attach kite line to the eyelet on the front at the kite.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or made.
Once your order has been shipped, or is on the way, it cannot be cancelled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.
You will get a full refund if the order is cancelled. Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Returns (if applicable)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% of the product price restocking fee will apply if it's returned without any QUALITY problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must beUNUSEDand in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. It must be in theORIGINAL PACKAGING. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with related photos or a specific video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are responsible for the return cost incurred if it is our fault. However, you'll need to pay the return shipping cost for any personal reasons.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
