1.Place the kite on a flat surface along with its backside facing upward.
2.Connect the longitudinal connecting rod and insert the kite.

5.Connect the string to the kite putting it through the material extension’s hole that is located on the front side of the kite.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or made.
Once your order has been shipped, or is on the way, it cannot be cancelled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.
You will get a full refund if the order is cancelled. Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% of the product price restocking fee will apply if it's returned without any QUALITY problem.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with related photos or a specific video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are responsible for the return cost incurred if it is our fault. However, you'll need to pay the return shipping cost for any personal reasons.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
